Strategic Investment Partners is a distressed residential land acquisition venture between Highridge Partners and West Coast Housing Partners, two West coast leaders in residential land investment and development. This venture specializes in purchases of fee title or notes secured by first liens on entitled single family residential properties. These entitled properties can include either finished or "paper" lots.

Currently, Strategic Investment Partners has $500 million of equity capital available to acquire these assets from banks, other financial institutions, developers and owners looking to minimize their losses on distressed residential real estate. Strategic Investment Partners will buy on an all cash "as is" basis.
